The sea is just at hand: cross the red gate and you will be on the wonderful beach of Tarmina bay and in the centre of Naxos village!

Just at the entrance of the residence you will come to a wide private Mediterranean
garden where three two-floor buildings are settled, each enjoying its exotic perfumes and plants, Sebastiano takes care of all year round.

The one – room flat is on the second floor of one of the three buildings, called “ La Romantica”. It is entered directly off the landing of the staircase.

The flat is perfect for two people who want the conveniences of a flat in the centre of the resort with all major sites within walking distances, and an enjoyable spot where to spend your holiday. Furnished with blue and red touches, it is composed of two sofa beds, a kitchenette, a living-room corner, a place for the washing machine and a bathroom, with a shower. A large balcony with the use of water and light overlooks the green, exotic plants here and there and lets you have relaxing time.

An avocado tree stands by, giving you refreshing feelings.

From the terrace above the flat, which belongs to the property, you can enjoy a super view of the volcano, the bay and Taormina. A marble table, deck chairs light and a tape for water give you the chance of nice romantic meals and drinks.

A private car park ( number 26 ), shadowed by green creeper, is for your personal use.
